'ST then moved onto the third area for discussion - Break Times

He explained that RT was entitled to a fifteen minute break during his shift. RT had actually been taking twenty or more minutes and had been spoken to by both team leaders about this on several occasions. RT had also been taking his break at the wrong time so that he could liaise with another operator. ST asked him to explain his reasons for doing this.
